Best Reincarnation LitRPG!

Let’s start by saying this review is being written after reading all 4 available books. They are all incredible and you need to read them if you like intelligent MC’s.

We finally have an author who understands how to handle this trope. The MC is intelligent and decisive. He acts with purpose and a clearly explained intention. The pacing of the story is fabulous, and the world building is handled masterfully.

The MC is OP, but also incredibly weak compared to the antagonists of the story. He is only OP because his ability to anticipate and plan is so perfectly executed that it practically eliminates the possibility of failure.

This might sound like it would get boring, but the way the author handles the planning and execution is done so in a way that keeps everything suspenseful. Things like mentioning the accusation of items, but not eluding to their purpose until the moment finally arrives to reveal their relevance.

The series is incredible, and I would place it firmly in my top 5 book series ever read in any genre. 10/10

Why did I wait so long…

I have read/listened to hundreds of litRPG series at this point. I have even read other series by this author. But I kept letting this one slide by because the cover seemed silly. This is not a silly book. This was a well thought out and streamlined litRPG experience. I am about to load up book 2 and I expect to finish this whole series in the next week at the rate I am going. 10/10 would recommend. FYI I always leave star reviews but never written. I mean what I say, read this book.

Decent story, Good Narrator

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend this book to my niece or nephew for an entry-level book into fantasy audiobooks. But I don't believe older audiences will feel that this book has substance, but the narrator keeps you engaged and entertained.

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

The concept of the book is interesting, and also the least interesting. But this is coming from someone who has been listening to audio books for a while and you can really tell that this was written from a much younger audience and so the concept doesn't feel like it has any depth to it.

What does Zachary Hetrick bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

He brings life to the book, and keeps you engaged through his ability to bring the characters to life. It was hard for me to truly tell that this was his first book he ever narrated. I am looking forward to hearing more of his work.

Ages 10-14

Don't get me wrong for the age group I believe the book is good, just is not a book you would turn to if you wanted something that stretches your imagination and truly brings you into a new undiscovered world.

I enjoyed the book and it made me want to go out and do something more than just live day to day to the minimum required of me.
