Historia
The moving true story of a little girl with Asperger syndrome, controlled and abused by the one person she called her friend. Taylor had always struggled to make friends - she felt 'different'. Taylor never knew her father, and her mother wasn't around much. She just didn't understand people and was alone and scared most of the time. That was until, aged just 11, an older married man called Tom befriended her. She loved having someone who would talk to her, listen to her - a protector. But when he moved away a few months later, she was easy prey.

The story was good, but a bit too lengthy, and didn’t keep my reading attention.

Historia
Did you know that most of our dinosaur fossils were discovered because two grown men absolutely hated each other? It’s true! Rivals! Frenemies Who Changed the World is a riotous audio exclusive, like if Monty Python taught your history class. Each volume of four 30-minute histories will dig into the petty name-calling and grumbling grudges that led to many of the world’s greatest advancements, all delivered with a cheeky sense of humor. Choose sides: Cope or Marsh, the jerks who discovered so many dinosaurs; Hamilton or Burr, whose rivalry fueled American politics; and many more....

Rivals ! Frenemies Who Changed the World
Revisado: 09-28-20
This book was so very interesting and the material in this book was so very entertaining as well. The narrator interjected so many funny descriptive ways to tell each story about the subjects in the stories, it kept your attention to every detail of the subjects.
It was a wonderful way to learn about these people and their rivalries and how they changed their lives, and the world .
I would highly recommend this Audible book .

Historia
"I’m James Taylor and I’m a professional autobiographer", says the celebrated folk singer at the start of this tender audio memoir. Through decades of music by one of the best-selling musicians of all time, who created classics like "Fire and Rain" and "Carolina in My Mind", James Taylor has doled out his history in the poetry of his work. Taylor says his early life is, "the source of many of my songs", and Break Shot is a tour of his first 21 years in rich, new detail.

A candid retrospective
Revisado: 02-22-20
This production of “ Break Shot”, was a very candid retrospective memoir by James Taylor. His explanation of his first 21 years of life helps to explain his songs and how his life molded his song compositions.
I feel this was a very enlightening Audible book by James Taylor and would like to see other Artists share their stories in the same way.
