W C Dietz has done a lot better and Mr. Kaplin

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

Yes i would recommend this book if you are a fan of Mr. Dietz's style. However it is difficult
to get past Mr. Kaplin's narration style. Kaplin gets a little better ( or I get use to him ) as the book goes on. It was difficult for me to get into this one.

Would you be willing to try another book from William C. Dietz? Why or why not?

I usually enjoy Mr. Dietz's books and follow him.

Would you be willing to try another one of Neil Kaplan’s performances?

I will try more of Mr. Kaplans performances just to see if its me this time or if his style.

Did Starcraft II: Heaven's Devils inspire you to do anything?

I listen to these books for enjoyment not for inspiration

The voice inflections of the character's was not believable ... Way to harsh for most situations.

Really good story line. Some minor flaws.

If you could sum up The Shadow of Saganami in three words, what would they be?

Story line is same as other authors but still a good listen. I question the reason for making the Masons ( Masonic body ) part of the bad guys. Can't help but wonder if he "David Weber " is anti mason minded? I hope not but will watch his future novels to see if this point continues.

What other book might you compare The Shadow of Saganami to and why?

Several Space Military books all run about the same story line. Several use x and xx rated sections which detracts from the story line.

Have you listened to any of Jay Snyder’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

He's really good and gives a better than average performance here.

This one is easy to follow and does not jump around to much.

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Some one out there might enjoy these shorts but they are not my idea of enjoyable. For me they have no depth. If you enjoy abstract art you may like these stories.
