I just finished this and am sitting staring into space because of that ending. I am having a hard time wrapping my head around it.

This book is nonstop action/fighting and you are on the tip of your toes for the duration. Violet’s mind is incredible and it’s showcased in this book. I’m going to do an immediate reread because I know I’ve missed so many important clues for the next books but it’s like my brain can’t comprehend what just happened.

Highly recommend reading this and then going back to reread fourth wing and then this again after.

This is my 4th reread of this series and first via audiobook. First I love everything about this series. Tegan is who I want to be when I grow up. She’s amazing. Chandelle has such great storytelling and writing skills 10/10 would recommend you pick this up.

Aggghh that ending

This is my favorite book in the series so far. Haven and Stolas relationship development. Meeting new branching characters and bonds formed. My heart is breaking right now for knowing what is to come and I know it’s going to rip my heart out when it does. I adore this series and am happily awaiting the next book.

All the love

This book really takes us through so much heart ache. Haven discovers so much about herself going through the trials throughout this book. Relationships grow and also fade. Her development is immense and i'm so happy for it. Bel is the same way for me. He grows so much in this book and i'm so proud. Then we have gorgeous broody Stolas (sigh). I've loved him since forever it feels like and I'm so glad to see so much of him in this book. I am excited to see what's next for this group.

The beginning

What a world. I love Aria and am getting to know Knox all over again through this reread. My first audio listen though and I am so glad I purchased this on audio. I LOVE the world building Amelia is able to accomplish. I feel like i'm one of the ravens sitting near them and watching this all unfold. I love Ember(the creature within) and her awakening, She cracks me up and I love her.

Obsessed

Well I didn't realize how much I would love Troy Duran reading Knox... Don't mind me panting over here. This is my third reread and first time listening and I am so glad I purchased these to listen to. Ashes is such a roller coaster ride. Heartbreak, trauma, self discovery. I forgot how the book ended and I immediately started Ruins. What a cliffy and I loved every second.

Whoop there it is. That ending is brutal. This book really takes you through it. I’m proud of MK. We also got to see more of Cass and all the heart eyes. I love these guys and I love Archers vulnerability in this book. The performance of these narrators knocks this out of the park. I loved every second of this book.

Incredible performance and story

My gosh these two narrators light your would on fire. Their performance alone makes it worth the listen but Tate knocks it out of the park sigh this book. So many secrets. So much angst. To say I am obsessed and heartbroken is to put it lightly.

This book itself is one of my favorites. Well the whole series. This is my first time listening and dang is it amazing. I loved the style of narration going back and forth. If you haven’t dove into MK series and you are debating just do it. You will be so happy. Well ticked at the cliffy but still….
