Historia
Jess Johnston used to feel alone in her mess. In a random burst of courage, she started sharing those insecurities and struggles out loud, and what she found shocked her. Again and again, people replied, “Me too! I thought I was the only one!” Over the past decade she’s reached hundreds of thousands of women with her messages of authenticity and refreshing realness, and this is what she’s found: Women are really, really hard on themselves, and we should stop it.

Spoke to my soul & is nudging it to wake up

Loved her reading, the way the book is arranged is beautiful. Some chapters felt like they were written for just me alone and spoke to my soul on a deep level.

Most time-management books leave you feeling inadequate, focusing on greatness and optimization. But what if you want to simply live your life without chasing productivity at every turn? Is there a way to manage your time without being at its mercy?

What everyone needs- even men
Revisado: 02-06-25
Love Kendra’s style of conveying a helpful honest big sister approach to not just time management but LIFE management. The chapter on the menstrual cycle was surprisingly very informative even as a 37 yr old woman who has had a period over 2 decades. Personally I didn’t understand how that could be so important in a book about managing time but made a ton of sense. Everyone even men should read this book (it is written for and towards women) as it would make life easier for everyone! So glad I listened to it AND have a physical copy to highlight and take notes in.
