While it seems that everyone agrees that something fell to the northwest of Roswell, New Mexico in July, 1947, it is the interpretation of that fall that was open for debate. Looking at the evidence provided by the United States Air Force, along with the information uncovered by civilian UFO researchers, all the terrestrial explanations have failed.
