Excellent Content; Narrator needs work
Revisado: 03-16-24
Dershowitz and I don't always agree, but in this case I think he makes the best case for Israel's need to defeat Hamas. Dershowitz works with facts and not myth. Narrator, on the other hand, needs to learn to pronounce words that should be learned before reading a book about Israel and the Jews, especially when there are Hebrew words so often used in English that they are part of the lexicon - no real excuse for not knowing them.

Historia
Archie Goodwin is not overly fond of Theodore Horstmann, who takes care of the orchids on the rooftop of Nero Wolfe’s West 35th Street brownstone. But as loyal assistant to the legendary private detective, Archie will put his animosity aside when the surly orchid-keeper stumbles through the front door beaten within an inch of his life. While the gardener lies in a coma, Nero sends Archie to poke around his apartment near the river.

Errors in recording not fixed

Good story (one of the better ones in my view) but the editing completely missed a note from the narrator to the editor right before chapter 20 asking for something to be done. I have had this happen in several books. Come on Audible! These are not cheap and it should not be too much to ask that they be finished products.

Historia
In this one-hour history book, discover why World War II happened as we uncover the main events that lead to the beginning of the most lethal war of all times. Probably no historical period has been discussed and dissected as much as World War II. Yet there is always something new to learn upon closer inspection. Events occurred at lightning speed during the war years, and you almost have to take things on a day-by-day basis to take them all in. That is why this book focuses solely on what transpired from 1938 to 1939.

While a good listen overall, and very interesting items not covered in high school history, several mispronunciations became annoying.
