Quite a Ride!

This audio book is a total emotional rollercoaster. I laughed hard, got angry with characters, was disappointed, saddened, surprised by some dialogue, happy and generally all over the emotional chart, The storyline seems to call for a listener's strong personal reactions. The listen is a bit long, but kept my attention. The narrators are very good.

intriguing Story, Hot Narration

Really enjoyed the story of Sloan and Sebastian, the strong attraction they had for one another, and the fears that kept them apart. Good humor too. The author, Shayla Black, continues to fascinate me with her vast variety of books, stories lines and book series. Love her choice of narrators too. In this book, I rewound Teddy Hamilton's reading of the love scenes so many times that finally all I could say was 'HOT DAMN!'

A Funny Sexy Fantasy

Very much enjoyed this fantasy which has some realistic expectations. Have now listened to enough of this author's books to often seek out her stories. And, C. Cox's narration adds to the pleasure; I think he's my favorite narrator.

When It's Ment To Be, It Will Be

I liked that truth and honesty eventually prevailed between Jett and Whitney. I like the way Shayla Black writes. Love Jason Clarke's narration. And I like that this lovely story uses one storyline for brevity.

Not Even a Good PG-13

Not a very interesting story, even with attempts to be suspenseful. A few good moments of philosophical dialog about life, family and relationships. Story did not build up to anything exciting. Self-deprecating characters. Listening time too long for the flat conclusion. A waste of time.

Funny, Steamy Love Story

Easy listening love story with some streamy love making. Lots of worthy statements of wisdom. Love the term "boobage". When I say the word or think of how it was used in this story, can hardly stop laughing.

Cute story. For me, stories with a major break in character communication(s) or have lengthy misunderstanding(s) tend to be more frustrating than enjoyable, even with a happy ending. The narrators did not really help the story nor the characters.
