Craving for Buffy!!
Revisado: 02-06-22
I’ve been reading Cassandra Clare for close to 20 years and fell in love with the Mortal Instruments and started reading these books for the glimpses of the characters from that series but now I’m vested with these ones as well. I kept listening the narrator not being able to put 2+2 together and figure out where I knew that voice and than it hit me when subconsciously I wanted to start watching Buffy again and realized it’s SPIKE!! I never paid attention to the narrators name, he does such great job for bringing the characters to life and you get vested so easily.

Can I be a narrator?
Revisado: 09-16-21
The first book I liked, the second wasn’t bad but I can’t stand the purrr in the female Narrators voice but I got through it. The third book I’m about to quit because the female narrator sounds like a robot and I can’t get into it. Plus why do all the females have to be so damn broken? I mean not every women comes from an abusive relationship before they find the one. Yeah I’m returning, sorry ridge and river wish you the best!

Historia
Wanted: American nanny for an adorable four-year old. Must be able to handle a moody, brooding, sexy British boss. I’m a single father, a lawyer, and some say the most serious man in London. I’m completely focused on raising my four-year-old daughter. Since my wife walked out three years ago, the only woman who has ever caught my eye is the strictly off-limits sister-in-law of my best friend, Autumn Lumen. But temptation is easy to resist because Autumn is only visiting London from Oregon. Until she moves to London. The nanny quits. And she’s the only woman for the job.

Love the book but......
Revisado: 04-23-21
The book is good and love the narrators. I loved the first 3/4 of the book but the end got a little too mushy and cheesy, I mean like he literally went from this strong, dominating, take charge kinda guy to submissive little puppy. It just went sorta cheesy and left me kinda cringing at times, like “Come on Gab keep your balls”. The sex scenes are hot and like I said the first 3/4 were good but thought at times just spit out what you’re trying to say and focus your ideas. Think the author had too many ideas and couldn’t focus at times. Andi is one of my favorite narrators and Shane is good too.
