What made the experience of listening to Living the Spiritual Principles of Health and Well-Being the most enjoyable?
It is one thing to find the time to sit and read. I can listen while I am painting, on a plane, or playing solitaire and I don't have to work too hard to listen as I need to to read.
What other book might you compare Living the Spiritual Principles of Health and Well-Being to and why?
The Spiritual Warrior book by the same author is filled with things to understand and work inside me that I am drawn to. It isn't something that would occur to me but it does work.
