I absolutely love this story. It was the perfect holiday or anytime listen. Greg the narrator was pitch perfect as always and the scene with the tentacles and bells absolutely shattered my heart in a good way.
I also liked the special guest appearances and hope you like them too.
Are you continuing this story because i would love a book about the fan convention of Starblade and Lord Vordox. Please Please Please!!!! Also could you find a way for Lord Verblob to find a guy? He has turned out so sweet and funny, i just love him.

Kinda Disappointing

I read the flesh and bone series by Joel Abernathy and absolutely loved them...this book...not so much. Plus not a big fan of cliff hanger endings on thiis type of book. sorry

Heartbreaking Narration

I loved this book and it actually mirrors at least 2 couples i know.
The theme is not as far fetched as it seems.
I wish Logan had stepped on Brandon and Peter with his boots.
The narration of Connor talking about his mom and his "He's my Dad, so he has to love me." absolutely broke my heart. The memory of that scene brings tears to my eyes as i write this. You won't be disappointed.

I loved this book and it actually mirrors at least 2 couples i know.
The theme is not as far fetched as it seems.
I wish Logan had stepped on Brandon and Peter with his boots.

Adorable Bat

i wasn't sure at first about this book it sounded interesting but it wasn't until Octavious transformed into a bat that i was hooked. I giggled and cried at that little bats adventures and heartbreak of trying to eat a sucker. The scene with the bookcase and the "And we takes!" difficulties is quite hysterical and the sad little bat afterwards will melt your heart.

I found the narrator's voice a little, for lack of a better term, irritating but i solved that by adjusting the narration speed.

The book was too short for my liking, especially having to use credits for it but am glad i did and am looking forward to spending the upcoming months credit for more adventures of The Undead Detective Agency.

Great book 2

Loved part 2 just as much as part 1. River's ingenious way of helping the aliens acclimation into earth's society was charming and brought a tear. The erotic scenes were steamy without being gross and the running eyeball joke is hysterical " I don't want to kink shame anyone but i draw the line at eyeball play...no touching, no poking and no licking to my eyeballs"

The humor of this series has me laughing so hard sometimes i get strange looks when i burst into laughter in public places while listening with my ear buds.

OK for the reviews that mention the quickness of them falling in love...Hello they were both in love already before meeting again.
How can this happen you ask.? My current partner of 17 years met again after being apart for 10 years and had been in love that whole time. We met at Thanksgiving and were engaged by NYE. So yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus..

Intriguing Story

This book is reminiscent of Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman. I really liked the premise and the way the main character got into the theater. The end is a tearjerker but I love those anyway. Highly Recommended.

Hysterical

"No Eyeball Play, no licking, no touching, no poking, at my eyeballs!"

Great story, fun Characters and surprises galore. River is clever and silly and Kai is sexy and loving.
I cannot wait to see where this story goes. Benji, River, Kai, Maddox, Chewie, Ellie, Evan and the rest are living in my head until the next installment!
