I had hesitated to get this but am so happy I did. This is amazing and I only hope it keeps up and gets even better. Slap stick humor and shenanigans that even make intense moments hilarious. It does have its emotional moments and undercurrents that seem to be building up over the course of a long period. I can’t wait to see how they continue to take this and play with it as well as the extended universe and the realization of what has happened in the beginning to start all of this. It seems like these two things will be more prevalent in the future and only play more and more importance.

Absolutely love it. Honestly, the series keeps getting better and better. Don’t know what else to say. The character development only continues to amaze me and draw me in. I like how he continues to shift the perspective and change things up from floor to floor, so to not make it seem so repetitive, which is honestly something very hard to do. Once again, absolutely love it and would highly recommend reading the series The first book is a little bit of a challenge, but near the end of it and especially with the second book, you start understanding what the series is about how it shows unbelievable character, development, and growth.

I absolutely love it once again. The series doesn’t disappoint. I would’ve loved for it to be a little bit longer. However, it just means I’m more ready for the next one. I love the way they handled the mark and the cliffhanger from last time. As well as the development and growth. There was way less school stuff in this one, but I don’t necessarily think that’s a bad thing as it also shows how Roth’s priorities are changing and shifting as the books priorities are change and shift. Once again absolutely loved it, I was hoping to have gotten to her sanctum by the end of this book but once again, I guess that just gets me more excited for the next one where hopefully we’ll get some answers and see if we can finally change the mark!

This may very well be my favorite series. I absolutely love it, and was quite upset with the monotony of the last book. I had honestly feared that this book would be the same, but it wasn’t at all not only did it have diversity and intriguing moments, but it gave us a sense of progression and intrigue as well as the comedic charm we are used to from the series. Loved every moment of it and I’m really excited for the next one.

The beginning was honestly quite tedious, but the ending is well worth it. I’m honestly really enjoying these books and love the creativity in world building behind it along with the impressive design of powers that is balanced but also very interesting in its own way.

Love the world building and characters

This may be one of the best books I’ve read in terms of both world-building and characters whether it be from character development to just having interesting characters in general to making me actually giving a dang about what happens to them. Not to mention the insane world building that is so beautiful and textured bringing life to this world and making it feel like it doesn’t just exist where the character exists but all around if that makes sense. I honestly wasn’t a fan of the void stuff just because I felt like it was a bit long and tedious, and a bit of a paradigm shift, but if we’re gonna be in this for the long-haul I guess having a bit of a pirate part in the series would really enhance the world and make it feel much larger and more full.

I can’t wait to see what happens with all the things shown near the end Mr. Wale (hopefully that isn’t a spoiler).
