I Cannot Recommend.
Revisado: 07-30-24
Story: It was EXTREMELY concise. It was equivalent to being told the notes and note placement on an organ, then being told you can play Bethoven now. This book seems as though the author took the Silva Method and cut out all the exercises and details, then listed the very basic steps.
Performance: Nice voice, but the equivilant of being told the exit strategy on an airplane. I found myself feeling lulled to sleep.

Who Knew There Was a Book About ME!
Revisado: 07-08-24
I LOVED this book.
I identified so much that I felt as though I was the subject was really me. I often laughed out loud 🤣 and uncontrollably. I mean “Has my mom/wife gone nuts?” OFFFFFTEN. The authors old ways described me to perfection.
The great news is that I now have hope and can see a light in the previously blacked out tunnel.
I’m going to go do the dishes now.

Simple to implement if you're willing.
Revisado: 05-28-24
I found the book generally easy to follow, but might be a little "sciencey" for some. The science is what I appreciated most.
I have grown up with life long health problems and diet change has been my most effective tool. I was shocked, however, that the healthy way I thought I was eating wasn't enough and many healthfoods were just as toxic as the junk foods I've avoided for years.
This book was a food industry/health eye opener.
