I absolutely love this book! I've listened to it all the way through twice and often listen to bits and pieces of it while falling asleep at bedtime. I already knew a small amount of the information contained in this book before listening to it but it's all presented in a new way to me, so I still enjoyed the presentation of what I already knew. Much of what's contained in the book is new to me, or I'd heard or read it before someplace else but didn't fully grasp it, but it's given in such an easy to understand way here and so I felt like I actually learned more and I understand Buddhism better now.
