Interesting history but biased and also a sly way to try an convince readers/listeners to go vegan like the author. Noticed some inconsistencies in the information the author was providing, either intentionally or through cognitive dissonance due to his already existing veganism beliefs.

The book speaks for itself. Highly recommend. What’s best is, everything reported in this book is easy to researched and undeniable, although I imagine many would try.
