Great read, but how much truth to the stories?

Great book that kept my attention the entire time...the only I kept wondering as I was listening was, is all of this true?? What are the authors sources? Based on what I’ve observed of Trump and has cabinet since he’s been in office I wasn’t surprised to hear most of this...I’m just curious how valid most of these inside stories are. Overall great read though.

If you have ever tried to buy "off market" real estate before, then you know that deciding on a marketing strategy to use is only half the battle. If you can't implement the marketing to get in front of the right types of motivated sellers then your marketing will be wasted. You must be able to systematically market your services in order to find these off market real estate opportunities.

Great content, narrator couldve been better

Loved the book and will definitely use the tools given in my real estate business. However the narrator sounded very much like a salesman, at times like an infomercial. Would've preferred the author narrate it personally
