What a unique and wonderful story

This book just made me cringe

First let me say I loved the writing style. It was beautiful and word choice was like music. The story itself was really hard to listen to. A man obsessed and tried to possess. He was a narcissist It was creepy in parts too. I would not recommend it.

There is a horrible rain cloud over this book

This is a very long and sad read. If you tend to intertwine with a book tread carefully. Then one paragraph at the end makes it all ok and then NOTHING!! No epilogue, not projection in the future- nothing.
The writing is amazing and made me feel like I was living there. The person reading it was spot on with the accent. There is A LOT of swearing in the book, which was on par for the character, just added to the rain cloud of the story and made me feel heavy. You will feel all the feels but one until the very end and it’s not there long enough to enjoy it.

Beautiful Story

This is probably my new favorite book. I love this sweet story. There is not a lot of drama, twists and turns, but just a great story.

Great story telling

I really enjoyed this book from the first chapter. I can usually tell the way a book is going to go when I first start reading it, but the way this one ended I did not expect. Perfect ending!!

Facinating

Cheesy, but good info

I really was grabbed at first with the way the author wrote the book. Three chapters in and I am telling everyone about how great this book is and the way it is written. The further I read the cheesier it got. The last part of the book was written like the author had a deadline and had to fit all the information in. The narrator did an excellent job reading the book. It’s worth the read/ listen. Receive the information you need and move on. I do find the 5 AM Club rituals to be helpful to my morning.

Body Image Issues

This book has very heavy body image comments about every character. It is a heavy theme in the book and greatly deters from the story. A lot of the authors books are very descriptive regarding the characters, but this one seem to repeat over and over that different characters were over weight, round or chubby. I would not recommend based on that alone.

Surprise

This book was a nice surprise. I really enjoyed it. The story was somewhat original. I like the way the main character struggled as a parent does when their kid does something unhealthy.

History is Fascinating

It is a good story that could be told a million ways. She does a great job in weaving all the characters together. I would have liked a more conclusive ending.
