Worst narrator ever!!

This narrative should have never tried to do different voices. The deputies voice is enough to make you want to punch him in the face. And the teenager in the second back her voice is lower than the deputies voice. The story is OK but when I checked every book in the series is narrated by the same person. So I’m afraid I won’t be able to listen to anymore. This three book box said will probably have to be returned.

I loved listening to this book!! I really really enjoyed that the author used his wit and talent to entertain without relying on endless sex scenes and using the f word in every sentence. Bravo!!

What three words best describe John Bell’s voice?
John Bell did a good job reading the book, but for a big man with a big head I wanted the first person voice to be deeper. I kept picturing a big guy with a high voice. When at the end of the book I heard the authors voice, it was "yes! that is what it should sound like!"

I enjoyed the story and the plot but I really hated the constant use of the F-word. I can see using it occasionally for emphasis but in every sentence? It makes me think that the author needs to expand her vocabulary.

I also bought it in the recent BOGO sale. The description in the pop up should have listed the "gay erotic content" notice. I didn't care for the book before I got to the "gay erotic content". Boring and long winded.
