The worst 15 minutes of my life

I listened to the narrative drivel in the first chapter. I was waiting for Virgil, and didn’t get him. Ask yourself, John Camp, would any editor read beyond page one Without your name on it? I’m going to skip forward to see if Virgil appears. I’m not really hopeful, since the beginning narrative was crap. I am seriously disappointed. How did that get published?
Because of The enjoyment of your previous works I bought this. I hope to be able to continue. But I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m wasting my life in the first 15 minutes of narrative without a character I care about want to hate or want to love.

Awesome story

This story started a little slow, I thought, with some backstory up front, although interesting. Then it got moving and I wanted to get back to it during the day. I'm a lifelong reader and writer, and Smith gets the job done. I didn't want to stop.
