As a licensed therapist who has provided support and studied disordered eating concerns for a decade, this book is one I will recommend to my clients struggling to understand the variety of physiological and emotional challenges each individual can experience. This book highlights so much of the valid reality of eating disorder experiences that aren’t able to be captured in a single diagnostic definition. Liv has captured the essence of what our current generations have learned about the relationship between nourishment and our experiences inside our bodies. For all on the journey that haven’t found that resource that “fits” their experience yet, I recommend turning to Liv’s resources and specifically “How to beat extreme hunger”.
