Historia
Success, true love, and the life you've always wanted. Many of us placed our faith in these things, believing they held the key to happiness, but with a sneaking suspicion they might not deliver. No wonder we feel lost, alone, disenchanted, and resentful. There is only one God who can wholly satisfy our cravings—and now is the perfect time to meet Him again, or for the first time.

Absolutely Essential Reading
Revisado: 10-28-21
Absolutely essential reading for anyone that wants to understand the chaos and confusion that confronts many countries (especially in the West). Although many uncertainties are still present (especially China) the book does an amazing job in outlining past, present and future trends that will hopefully help some manage and even succeed in the coming era. Good luck.

Historia
The debut psychological thriller that will forever change the way you look at other people's lives. Every day the same. Rachel takes the same commuter train every morning and night. Every day she rattles down the track, flashes past a stretch of cozy suburban homes, and stops at the signal that allows her to daily watch the same couple breakfasting on their deck. She’s even started to feel like she knows them. Jess and Jason, she calls them. Their life - as she sees it - is perfect. Not unlike the life she recently lost.

Historia
Bitcoin became a buzzword overnight. A cyber enigma with an enthusiastic following, it pops up in headlines and fuels endless media debate. You can apparently use it to buy anything from coffee to cars, yet few people seem truly to understand what it is. This raises the question: Why should anyone care about bitcoin? In The Age of Cryptocurrency, Wall Street journalists Paul Vigna and Michael J. Casey deliver the definitive answer to this question.

Well worth the Time
Revisado: 07-06-15
What made the experience of listening to Digital Gold the most enjoyable?
An amazing overview of the people involved in this "experiment". I offers some technical insight into the Bitcoin and Blockchain technology but not too much for a lamen. I really enjoyed the narration and the contents of the book. I would highly recommend to an avid enthusiast or someone just wanting to get more information about the "Bitcoin Story".

Historia
There are some odd things about Nate’s new apartment. Of course, he has other things on his mind. He hates his job. He has no money in the bank. No girlfriend. No plans for the future. So while his new home isn’t perfect, it’s livable. The rent is low, the property managers are friendly, and the odd little mysteries don’t nag at him too much. At least, not until he meets Mandy, his neighbor across the hall, and notices something unusual about her apartment. And Xela’s apartment. And Tim’s. And Veek’s.

Really - How does this have such high reviews???
Revisado: 07-06-15
What would have made 14 better?
The story was a really bad version of Stargate at best. The best thing about the book was the reader and the character development. The story though had so many logic gaps and simple conflicting issues that unless you willingly ignored them to go with the story it was all very silly. I am a huge sci fi fan but this was awful. I ended up listening to all 80 chapters because I was really hoping I was missing something and it would be revealed if I just continued with ONE MORE. Sadly that was not to be. Hats off to the writer for somehow getting an army of reviews that convinced me to buy it. Won't happen again.
Have you listened to any of Ray Porter’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
No
Any additional comments?
Not worth it
