I got a little lost in places that would probably be better served in print with illustrations, but overall this was a great listen. Thought provoking, and more than a little fodder for learning to be more compassionate with others and ourselves.

What would have made Danger to Self better?
I want to hear the book and strongly dislike narrators who fancy them selves actors with accents and over the top inflection in their voice.
Any additional comments?
As soon as I hit the narrators obnoxious rendition of a woman's southern accent I had to turn it off. Like nails on a chalkboard.
