The book was well written and concise. Being new to Meditation, it was very informative without being boring or reptetitive. I really enjoyed how detailed the different meditation poses were explained. Great guidance on meditation techniques really enjoying the mudras and seating postures in my practice. Really enjoyed it. This book is an enlightenment to my life! I absolutely love the techniques used in this book. I actually use them in my everyday life. Good book i like this book . i recommended this book everyone.

This book is loaded with positivity. I have learned valuable life lessons from this book. Good and highly effective habits are very difficult to start. This book provided information on how you can set your mind to focus in achieving your goals in life.this is a great book! the basis of any achievement or any successful person is good habits and this book is great for helping you realize how easy good habits are to form and what hurdles you need to overcome it breaks it!!!!

This book was very helpful. As someone who currently has no "mentor" so to speak in the film industry, this book has acted as my temporary guide. It addresses many problems screenwriters go through, as well as warning people of the pitfalls that many aspiring screenwriters fall into. If you are having a problem writing a screenplay, you can use this book to look up the subject you need help with and get advice on that subject from multiple screenwriters. It's really great. You could read it from cover to cover but I like to have it available when I need advice on a given subject.

I have only got through the first couple chapters, but I love what Im reading so far, This is the first book I have bought off kindle, so Im reading it off my tablet and I kinda like it, I think Im reading faster. and I like to highlight and use for reference.This is a great book for anyone looking to grow revenue, especially for someone who doesn't know where to start and needs concrete, actionable advice and positive encouragement to get started!!!

A great, quick but full of impact read for anyone that wants to improve their communication skills in a relationship. I love the personal stories in here that are honest and shows why there often is a struggle in communication between two individuals.Absolutely wonderful book. Very informative, real life situations and easy to assimilate and implement.
It's a keeper for life.Love it!!!! Excellent advice!!!! Can't wait to start using these skills.

The Anxiety Audiobook is an excellent resource, especially for friends and family of people suffering from anxiety, specific phobias or disorders. A lot of times people who aren't educated in all of the terminology, psychology and such actually make anxiety worse for people suffering from it because they try to insert logic when the entire point of disorder level anxiety is that it does not respond to reason.If you’re suffering from anxiety, this book will help you out. It gives you a basic understanding of the causes of anxiety.

I have suffered from anxiety since I can remember, but I did not notice what it might be until I became an adult. My body would just give out and all I could do was stay to myself and sleep. With my condition I tend to tighten my muscles in my neck and shoulder when I was out in public or in a crowd, resulting in Severe Muscle Tension. I was not sleeping at night because I could not relax enough to not think about the next day.I experience it myself and found this book helpful. It's instructive, but in a very casual way that I really liked.

Excellent!! I currently have several family members dealing with social anxiety and this really helped open my eyes to what they are feeling and how they evaluate situations. Have already been able to share several snippets from the book with one, and the other has expressed interest in reading it! It gives actual coping skills in a step by step format rather then general suggestions.It consumed my every day life. There were some mornings that i would wake up and pray i wouldn't suffer with anxiety that day!
