Historia
It’s the 70s! Where life isn’t always better, BUT IT IS ALWAYS DIFFERENT! The Breeze and Fancy saga continues with REBELICIOUS, Volume 4 of The Free Bird Files. Steve Wallace and Nancy Collins have been inseparable for the entire summer of 1975. But with Nancy beginning her senior year of high school and Steve starting his new job at a bank, their torrid romance seems destined to slow down. Like other members of the South’s most famous high school majorette line, Nancy’s life has always revolved around being a majorette for the National Champion Rebel Band. REBELICIOUS is what Steve...

Another Great Read!!!
Revisado: 02-18-25
As awesome as his first three books are, "Rebellicious" not only continues to demand rapt attention, but I believe is Stewart's best work yet. With a growing cast of incredible characters, the author meticulously continues to develop each character over the course of the series. And just like the first three installments of the "Freebird Files", "Rebelicious" is packed with more hilarious capers and steamy love scenes. Without a doubt, this is the best walk down a 70’s memory lane you will ever have! Looking forward to reading volume five!

Historia
It’s 1974 in Gadsden, Alabama, and every day is a Lynyrd Skynyrd song for seventeen-year-old Steve Wallace. Cool and cocky with movie star looks, he’s a chick magnet whose friends call him The Breeze. Steve and his buddies take hell-raising to another level. So, hide your girlfriends, lock up your daughters, and for God’s sake, do not leave the keys in the beer truck. These guys aren’t dazed or confused … THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Steve has the world in the palm of his hand. Nothing phases him as he approaches life with an “I don’t give a shit attitude.” His ...

Great book and even better series!
Revisado: 10-07-24
"Call Me the Breeze" is one of the best reads about growning up in the 70's in that you will ever read. The plot is refreshing and entertaining. However, do not stop after just reading the first book of the Freebird Files! There are three more volumes available now in print (and two more to come!). Hopefully they will all be on Audible before long. You'll not want to miss a single one of these as the story develops and the plot thickens. The depth of the narrative and development of the characters increase with every book. CMTB is a fun read but don't miss out on the best parts of the Freebird series. This is more than a story about wild and crazy teens in the 70's; it's a beautiful love story and a genuine tale of redemption.

Historia
Eight months ago, I was a naive, small-town farm girl nursing a shattered heart. Then hotel billionaire Henry Wolf picked me up off the ground (literally), and my entire life changed. Now, I live in a luxurious Manhattan penthouse, and I'm starting my first company while planning a beautiful wedding to the man of my dreams. I knew these first months would bring plenty of drama. I expected the savage media attention surrounding our engagement, and I braced myself for Mama's theatrics about the wedding.

What happened to Abby
Revisado: 08-30-24
I loved Wolf Hotel Series and the first four books were dynamite, truly explosive. In the fifth book, K. A. Tucker was just as good with the story, writing and character development. However, in spite of the awesome job Avery Reid did narrating the first four books, I had to look back and see who was narrating "Own Me"; it sounded like someone different. I loved the innocence Reid portrayed in Abby until the fifth work. In it she became obnoxious, bossy, and entitled. I think I understand the the purpose of this change, but will allow other readers to decide if this was needed, or too abrupt. I think it would have been better to have gradually displayed Abby's growth, increased confidence and maturity. Overall, this was an excellent book and excellent series. I would definitely recommend it to adult readers looking for a sizzling hot romance that exceeds traditional romance novels.

Historia
Daisy is a girl coming of age in LA in the late '60s, sneaking into clubs on the Sunset Strip, sleeping with rock stars, and dreaming of singing at the Whisky a Go Go. The sex and drugs are thrilling, but it’s the rock and roll she loves most. By the time she’s 20, her voice is getting noticed, and she has the kind of heedless beauty that makes people do crazy things. Also getting noticed is The Six, a band led by the brooding Billy Dunne.

Struggled to finish
Revisado: 05-17-23
This is the last time I trust Reece Witherspoon's recommendation. I couldn't believe she had recommended the book until I learned she's financially tied to the production of the television show by the same name. The narration is monotonous and doesn't work well as an audio book.

Historia
It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Princess Diana was laid to rest, billions wondered what Prince William and Prince Harry must be thinking and feeling—and how their lives would play out from that point on.

For years, rumors of the "Marsh Girl" have haunted Barkley Cove, a quiet town on the North Carolina coast. So in late 1969, when handsome Chase Andrews is found dead, the locals immediately suspect Kya Clark, the so-called Marsh Girl. But Kya is not what they say. Sensitive and intelligent, she has survived for years alone in the marsh that she calls home, finding friends in the gulls and lessons in the sand.
