Haunting tale of regret and revenge. Creepy
Revisado: 12-04-17
A quick story about one man’s search for revenge and redemption. Fast paced and to the point. The characters are built with expedient care and the main character is in almost every scene. The psychological aspect was well detailed about the guilt the main character is experiencing and how he plans to make amends. I would recommend this story to anyone who likes short psychological horror. Would have been interesting to explore the creatures more but as it stands, it was a good story.
The narrator did a fine job. He brought the characters to life. His voice does get a little morose at times but these are few and far between a and do not effect the overall enjoyment.

Historia
The Truro Murders presents the shocking true story of Christopher Worrell and his accomplice, James Miller. The events in this audiobook unveil one of the worst serial killing sprees in Australian history. Over the course of two months 1976-1977, seven young women were brutally raped and murdered. Worrell and Miller met in prison and upon release developed a dominant and submissive relationship that centered around feeding Worrell's sadistic urges towards women.

Infatuation and Murder. The lengths we go to for Love
Revisado: 12-02-17
The Truro Murders was a well told story of Blind Love and Obedience mixed with deranged psychopathy. James Millers devotion led him down a very bad path and he refused to acknowledge it even when it was staring him in the face. Sad and tragic that he did not step up and do the right thing when it mattered most. His own refusal to acknowledge his guilt was proof that he did not care any more than Chris did.
Well written and informative. Narrated very well. Would recommend to anyone who likes true crime.

Interesting End for this trilogy
Revisado: 12-01-17
Would you try another book from Brian Barr and/or Rick Gregory?
Yeah. Mr. Barr's stories are interesting and generally hold my attention. This book was very confusing for the first half as it was introducing characters and events that were not explained very well. Once the second half kicked in and the characters from the previous books were reintroduced to the story, it got better. It did have a good ending, but getting there was a bit of a chore. The first two books were much more direct and to the point.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
It was creative and it's description of the House and the caverns made it feel very much like they had created a hell on earth.
Which character – as performed by Rick Gregory – was your favorite?
Bill, the head. He was funny and interesting, but menacing at the same time.
Do you think The Hell needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
It apparently does in comic book form. It would be interesting to read about the further adventures of the three sisters.
Any additional comments?

Great Narration, Confusing Story
Revisado: 11-30-17
This story was a bit confusing. I felt as if I should have read something else before this to fill in the missing information. Like I was reading book 2 before book 1. There were events and characters that you were expected to know about. I found myself drifting and not paying attention.
The Narrator did a great job. He is the reason I finished the story.
