I truly appreciated the rich and diverse backgrounds of the main characters, which added depth to their reluctant love story. Their interactions were filled with humor that made me laugh out loud, while the romantic scenes had me swooning and captivated. Each shared moment was a delightful blend of tension and tenderness, making their journey to love all the more enchanting.

A Sultry and Addicting Series!

The rich timbre of narrator Chris Merlin's voice, combined with the captivating male protagonist in Jamila Jasper's books, truly brings the stories to life. I hope she continues her partnership with Chris Merlin.

The female heroines in these novellas are incredibly relatable, allowing me to immerse myself in the story fully. As an African American woman, I appreciate and admire Jamila Jasper's portrayal of sensitive, educated, feminine, and empowered characters, all of whom attain their Happily Ever After (HEA).

Please keep the books coming, Jamila! You have a winning formula for success!

This installment of the Zodiac series had me ROFL 😂. Chris Merlin flawlessly delivers another superb performance. I hope Jamila Jasper continues to work with Mr. Merlin for the audio adaptations of her work.

Jamila Jasper does it again!

I could listen to Chris Merlin’s voice all day. His gravelly masculine timbre is at once soothing and SEXY ♥️. Arian Scorpio King covers the strong themes of racism, bullying, love, and redemption all while not taking itself too seriously so as not to be triggering. All this wrapped in a HEA package 🎁.

Conan Aquarius King was a fun and sexy read with the perfect narrator. I had to buy all of the novellas in the series. We definitely need more diversity in the romance genre, and I love Jamila Jaspers' contribution to that end.

Writing is very amateur and unsophisticated. Narrator's voice is monotone. Generally, I did not enjoy this book and stopped listening prior to the end.

What the hell happened to the narrators?

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

I loved the other books in the series with narrators Commodore James and Laura Jennings. Unfortunately someone made the terrible decision of going with two narrators that ruined the entire pace, sound and feeling of the story.

Would you be willing to try another book from M.K. Eidem? Why or why not?

I'm undecided.

How did the narrator detract from the book?

I can't tell if the story itself is any good simply because the narrators are so bad.

Amazing minus the narrators

The storyline is wonderful just as all books in the IAD series. However, the narrators simply don't bring the characters to life. I'm so thankful Robert Petcoff is the narrator for the rest of the series. I hope he also narrates Wicked Abyss coming 3/28/17.
