Pretty good story, great narration

Over all the story was decent, well written, plenty of action, not really gory. Biggest complaint is the main character can be annoying but I can see her being fairly realistic. And there is a lot of bad luck in the book, I don’t think most people would run into continuous bad luck like this normally.

Over All it’s decent though, if you are looking for something a little different than other post apocalyptic books, this is it.

This should be a really interesting story, but between the Mary sue characters and everyone wanting to get laid and sharing partners and stuff, this isn’t for me. If that’s your bag you might like it, but it’s a no from me dog.

One of my favorite Maberry novels

Tufo does it again

I love Tufo’s writing. Every book is funny and exciting. Tufo writes characters that you know, you care about, he has such a good handle on human nature and I can’t say I have found an author I like more. And when he teams up with Sean runnette, you know it’s an interesting listen. Sean could read a menu aloud and he would make it interesting to listen to.

Philbrook always had a way of dragging you into the book and making you desperate to know what comes next.

Pretty sure I would be happy listening to him write a menu.

Tufo has written so many wonderful books, I w been following since book of Riley came out and this has been such a wonderful ride.

He’s one of my favorite authors. And Sean runnette is the best narrator.

Amazing set up for final book In Series

It was a great book. It’s a good set up for the next book in the series which should be the last. It also opens other possibilities for other books.

Tufo is a great writer and Talbot is IMO one of the most relatable characters I have seen in literature. He’s fun and kind and funny but he’s flawed and fallible and humble.

Every book has been an amazing read.

My favorite book has to be the Jakarta pandemic

Honestly over all pretty good. The Jakarta pandemic was almost creepy in how it depicted possibilities during a pandemic. On the other hand the rest of the books were good but i don’t know what to say, they just weren’t as good as the pandemic books
