This book is a list of most common difficulties teachers face in the classroom. The author does not offer any solutions, but instead tells the reader/listener stories about how brilliantly he (the author) helped some poor struggling teacher-soul solve these problems in private coaching sessions.
Almost 3 hours of my time wasted on listening to self-aggrandizing and author's favorite anecdotes (quite old and well-known, too).

Das Buch ist Pflichtlektüre für little foreigners wie für all diejenigen Deutschen, die ihr eigenes Land immer noch nicht so ganz verstanden haben.

A beautifully written and narrated book. The 50 steps describe all the things that perplex newcomers in Germany. If you have lived in Germany (or are going to Germany), read this book. The narrator is great and the book is (en)light(ening) and kind.

The book perfectly describes the many things that perplex (and/or unnerve) foreigners that move to Germany to live. At the same time, it is kind and doesn't ridicule Germany or the Germans.
The narrator is great (deserves 6 stars out of 5).
