Good story but Bad Narration

Not the best Prey book but still enjoyable except for the narrator.
i know no one will be as good as Richard Ferrone for me but this was hard to listen to. It was like the narrator listened to other Prey audible books & decided to completely recreate the characters. If there's another book I'm going to read it instead

Nice complexity to all the characters. I've read the 2nd Wilde book & the consistency of the characters is great. I like stories that can intertwine multiple stories without losing track of the main story

I struggled to finish this book. The story line with Chris and Terry was so unlike Mrs. Kellermans previous novels I started to think she didn't write it. The Peter story line was much more keeping too The history of these books. Sad that the series had to end this way.

The story was OK overly complicated but the constant fat shaming was hard to take. None of Patterson or Fox's books talk about the size of the main characters throughout the story. They treated the main character like she was good and smart in spite of being overweight. Disappointing and disrespectful
