This manual is so good, makes me realize I should have tried more medications prior to weaning and ones that didn’t cross into the milk.

Not what I expected or wanted, but still good.

This was emotional but very motivating
Revisado: 08-05-20
After having an extreme traumatic birth with my first daughter and being in so much fear with my 2nd I have never had a chance to give birth, not even close to how I would have liked.
Knowing what I know since this book and starting my birth educator course. I want to change the way people are giving birth and being treated during that time. It’s no wonder birthing people are struggling with post partum depression ( myself included) at alarming rates.
