Good story but lots of foul language

I liked the story but I didn’t like all the foul language. I guess I’m old fashioned but the story would have been just as good without the foul words. I do realize a lot of people use these words in everyday conversation but there are those of us that still shutter at hearing those words

I didn’t care for reading the recipes

I enjoyed the overall story and it makes you think of what you might do in the same circumstances. But reading the recipes really annoyed me. I do realize that it usually tied into a point in the story but it was a distraction to me otherwise it was a good story and was performed well.
