Who knew that something you played on as a child could be a complete, free, home gym. Who said working out couldn't be fun. I have tested and developed a workout that anyone can perform. This isn't a joke of a workout, but actually a routine that an experienced athlete will have a hard time completing, but also can be the first workout for a beginner. I also have included alternate options if you don't have a playground near.
