Historia
In Unbreakable, Jay Glazer talks directly to you, his teammates, and shares his truth. All the success from his screeching-and-swerving joy ride through professional football, the media, the MMA fighting world, Hollywood, the military-warrior community, comes with a side of relentless depression and anxiety. Living in the gray, as Jay calls it, is just a constant for him.

Very honest and helpful
Revisado: 06-05-22
The book was very open and honest. If you deal with depression and/or anxiety this could be very helpful in not only understanding it but learning to deal with it. Jay is awesome!! I think being the narrator of his own book gave it a much better touch than someone who wouldn’t feel the words as much.
