Why won't this.work? I bought the book. I started listening and reading with Whispersync. The "reader" was skipping over

sections. So, I bought the Audible version. Only part of chapter 1 downloaded. Nothing happens when I try to.sync the book and the Audible. This is extremely annoying and frustrating.
