Saddest life story

This has to be the saddest yet most honest, transparent story I’ve ever listened to. Maybe because I loved his Chandler Bing character who never gave the slightest hint of the battle that was raging in Matt Perry. I am so happy that God has spared his life so he can share his story of survival and give others struggling with the same demons, Hope. God bless you Matt. You have always been enough you just didn’t know it.

I am sitting here stunned , turned inside out, amazed and downright humbled by Violas transparency and honesty. I know her story has liberated many women. Her powerful life story is shocking, it brought tears, and exposed a truth that many turn away from, and don’t care to know or understand. But once anyone listens to her story, I dare them and myself not to look at every human/ person that does not fit the perfect mold in our minds in a different way.
As I said in My title Viola is powerful, riveting, honest and raw.
