As a REALTOR, I find The Massive Agent podcast to be the best industry podcast available. Dustin will give you actual tips and tactics to use in your real estate business. Not just Theroies or abstract concepts, you’ll learn steps and actions you can implement today into your business.
While I’m a fan of all the podcasts in the BamX family, The Massive Agent Podcast is my absolute favorite and best one of the best real estate podcasts available

The Most REAL audiobook for real estate agents

Authentic, educational and entertaining! I’ve listed to so many books about being a real estate agent or growing your real estate business and most of them are full of canned theories. However The Billion Dollar Channel Method is more like a genuine conversation with Jackson, hearing just as much about his failures as well as his successes. No sugar coating just true stories and facts to learn from.
If your a realtor or planning to be one, this should be mandatory reading for you!

Who knew? Pure Golden Nuggets from Kevin Heart

Amazing book filled with some amazing nuggets to wisdom and self improvement told in a funny, entertaining and truly relatable way. Let’s face it, who the hell would have expected one of todays best self help books to come from a comedian? Yet here it is!

I was impressed, inspired and laughing my ass off. It just doesn’t get better then this!

Insightful, Entertaining and so enjoyable.

Matthew McConaughey shares some amazing stories which are insightful, entertaining, and very relatable. It's likely that even if your not a McConaughey fan now, you will be by the time you finish this book! Hearing it read by Matthew makes for an enjoyable experience and you get the feeling he's just to you, and sharing his personal lessons & wisdom gained from his real-world experiences. This is one of those books I'm willing to bet you listen to more than once!

Up there with the best sales books

With over 20 years in sales I’ve probably read or listened to more sales books then anyone I know. This book would make it to the top sales books I’d recommend (right up there with books by Jeffery Gitomer) Ryan’s whit makes this an enjoyable learning experience with real world stories we can all relate to. Educational, motivational and entertaining!

Unexpectedly Fantastic! Better then imagined

So I wasn't really sure what to expect from this book. However, I soon got caught up in Molly's story and could relate to her and her message. I mostly listen to self-help and business books but am so glad I gave this one a shot.

Great story and performance

Love Dan Browns books and read this one years ago. Just listened to the audio and was impressed. Narrator is easy to listen to and adds emphasis/ voices for characters. Really a well done production of a good story

hysterical, offensive, brutally honest & entertain

always thought Adam was funny, I was wrong. He is so F'in hysterical! I couldn't stop listening.

hearing Adam tell his tale in his own voice was delightful. Ad a father I could relate to all that he said as I too have felt the same way many times as most dad's. While we may think it, Adam has the balls to speak it. During the book Adam clearly was an equal opportunity offender. Race, religion, gender & political correctness; no subject is safe from having his truth shared.

This book is also filled with several great messages and takeaways. Strong work ethic, gratitude, love of family and more are all illustrated by Adam's comical tales.

I recommend this book for any adult looking for some wisdom from one parent to another, or anyone in need of a laugh out loud story to get lost in.

Great resource for realtors

this is one of several books by Michael Smythe that I've really enjoyed. listened to this several times as its full of useful and specific how to info. even if your not a real estate agent there is great advice as to how to be genuine instead of sales'y while putting social media to work in your business.
