I almost didn’t finish this one, the voice of horrible, snarky, high pitched, and grates on your nerves! But I’m so glad I kept listening the story is great! Hate that the next book in the series is the same narrator 🤦🏼‍♀️

Wonderful story

Loved the story got hooked on the first part of the paperback book on vacation, didn’t get to finish it before we had to leave to go home. So I downloaded the audio version. The narrator’s voices are horrible! Buck is over exaggerated pirate sounding and Tate has an annoying whiny voice.

Hated this book love the author of this series was annoyingly depressing

I love this author listen to most of her books, but this story is overwhelmingly depressing goes on and on and on way to long with self pity, finally getting over it. I’ve dealt with the things in this book personally, and self sabotaging depression just goes on to long!! I almost stopped listening to the book several times but since I paid for them, I did not want to waste of money. I definitely not recommend this to anybody.

A story of honesty, finding truth

I love this book we used to watch the Duggar show all the time. We also left our church when things were being taught that we did not find in scripture. It is very encouraging that someone has the honesty and bravery to speak about it. God bless you Ginger.

Gives hope to all of us, struggling to save our children from satan and this evil world

I am so thankful for this book and the hope that it gives me that my prodigal children will eventually return home as the authors dad. It is a heartbreaking thing to go through, and to wonder what you did wrong to question everything this book gives hope through Jesus Christ in his blood that God will rescue them he will win in the end.
