Better Than The Eventual Movie Adaptation

Obviously the book and the writing is fantastic but this review is about the dramatized audiobook specifically. I had never listened to a dramatized audiobook before and now I fear I can’t go back to a normal one. The sound design was incredible! From the music to the sound effects to the voice actors themselves. If you’re someone who always wishes that movie versions of books were as detailed as the books themselves, this is for you.

This was a fantastic book somehow made even better by the fantastic voice actors. As someone who recently discovered audio erotica, this tickled a fantasy I was happy exploring. The festive setting, the adorable accents, and the swoon-worthy characters made it all the better. Plus, if you like the “Mac-And-Please” snippets, the author collaborated with a real life audio erotica VA (Milo St. James) to flesh them out fully on a separate app (Quinn) which are ALSO INCREDIBLE. 100/10
