Historia
You have big life questions. This audiobook will give you clear, direct answers! After successfully serving in one place for more than 20 years, Charles Jenkins came to a critical point when he had to ask himself some very difficult questions, including: “Is your season in this role over”? “What season of life are you in”? and “How do you know when it's time to leave”? “Where are you headed”? Transitions are always times of upheaval. They challenge us to clarify our purpose, assess our talents, have compassion, and find the courage to make bold decisions.

Historia
Chanequa Walker-Barnes offers a compelling argument that the Christian racial reconciliation movement is incapable of responding to modern-day racism. She demonstrates how reconciliation’s roots in the evangelical, male-centered Promise Keepers’ movement has resulted in a patriarchal and largely symbolic effort focused upon improving relationships between men from various racial-ethnic groups.

Historia
We often treat the word capacity as if it were a natural law of limitation. Unfortunately most of us are much more comfortable defining what we perceive as off limits rather than what's really possible. Could it be that many of us have failed to expand our potential because we have allowed what we perceive as capacity to define us? What if our limits are not really our limits?

Stephen R. This was amazing content. The sequence was awesome and practical. It was the longest audible book that I've ever listened too. It was worth the time. However, I found it difficult to listen to at times because I could hear the reader smacking. I remained patient because the content was so good.
I strongly recommend this book to professionals from all industries. I recommend it sports coaches especially to get us organized sense we serve so many youth that will later lead the world.

Historia
Why are some people and organizations more innovative, more influential, and more profitable than others? Why do some command greater loyalty from customers and employees alike? Even among the successful, why are so few able to repeat their successes over and over? People like Martin Luther King Jr., Steve Jobs, and the Wright Brothers might have little in common, but they all started with why.

Historia
Modern life can seem like being lost in a jungle. With distractions and dangers emerging from every direction, it's easy to lose focus. Over time, we lose touch with one of our most powerful, purposeful, God-given attributes - the desire to be fruitful and multiply, what Bishop T. D. Jakes calls our "instinct for increase". Combining historical, cultural, and personal examples with biblical insights, in Instinct Bishop Jakes outlines how to rediscover your natural aptitudes and reclaim the wisdom of your past experiences.

Historia
Why do only a few people get to say "I love my job?" It seems unfair that finding fulfillment at work is like winning a lottery; that only a few lucky ones get to feel valued by their organizations, to feel like they belong. Imagine a world where almost everyone wakes up inspired to go to work, feels trusted and valued during the day, then returns home feeling fulfilled. This is not a crazy, idealized notion. Today, in many successful organizations, great leaders are creating environments in which people naturally work together to do remarkable things.
