I loved the authenticity of this book! Reading about her struggles then and now gave me hope that I too can be unstoppable. I don’t have to wait until I’m the perfect weight, have the perfect home, or the perfect relationships to show up as my best self! Jaime’s honesty and openness is an example of what you can achieve by being authentic. Thank you 🙏🏻

Horrible male narration!

I would have loved this book except for the male narration. If it had been read only by the female narrator it would have been great. I had to fast forward through Curt’s sections just to get through the book.

S.J. Tucker is a true performer. Every character was brought to life with his or her own nuances. Truly an enjoyable listen.

Wonderful oddity!

Who was your favorite character and why?

Odd Thomas with his childish innocence and uncanny ability to surprise you with his "knowing." Observing him from a distance you would think him simple minded, but once you got to know him you understood his compassion, his drive for justice, and the matter of fact way that he accepts his gift. Dean Koontz crafts a character who simply takes the next indicated step because it's there to be taken, despite the danger, despite the terror, or the mediocrity surrounding him. As you listen to the audiobook you are drawn into his reality. A terrifying world of evil, evil not stemming from the supernatural realm, but from the a society anesthetized to violence.

What did you love best about A Nomadic Witch?

This is ear candy! A fun lighthearted look into the fantastical life of witches. Deborah Geary does a wonderful job of creating fun, loveable, and energetic characters. Be ready to smile through the whole series.
