Good info, but really incompatible with audio format...
Revisado: 06-05-17
Was prominently diet related and that wouldn't have bothered me; except it was recitation of nutritional information tables and a litany of recipes. Within the audio book format, I found myself wishing I'd have gotten the hard copy book. Just not very practical to listen to.

Excellent resource!

Absolutely the MOST useful, applicable tools I've come across in the many, *many!* books I've read and listened to on the topic. I appreciated the multi level approaches offered for each 'problem' with solutions that could be applied for wherever the severity of the particular 'stumbling block' lay for the reader.
I recommend this book to those struggling with specific tasks, organization and/or time management as a result of their ADD.

Historia
In 1975, 15-year-old Martha Moxley's body was found in the backyard of her family's Connecticut home, and a member of America's beloved Kennedy family, then also 15, was accused of the crime. What ensued was a media firestorm and a whodunit that transfixed the nation, providing daily debates - and cruel, dinner table entertainment. Now, 40 years after Michael Skakel's conviction, his cousin, acclaimed activist and writer Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., has taken matters into his own hands to get the charges dropped and clear his cousin's name.

Not for me.
Revisado: 01-07-17
I had a few problems with this audiobook.
I found the reading to be WAY too dramatic in tone and afflictions. Distracting so.
I nearly couldn't get past chapter one because I took so much offense to the immediate deployment of smear of nearly every person who the author wished to discredit. Maybe it's the lawyer part of me, but I can't get past the relatively thin attack on facts. Substituting strong worded personal attacks in place of evidence was a held theme throughout.
I was eager to hear the promised content of this book, and was wholly let down.

This number-one New York Times best seller is an unflinching look at what the television cameras could not show: behind-the-scenes meetings, the deteriorating relationships between the defense and prosecution teams, the taunting, baiting, and pushing matches between Darden and Simpson, the intimate relationship between Darden and Marcia Clark, and the candid factors behind Darden's controversial decision for Simpson to try on the infamous glove, and much more.

Available for the first time in a decade, the book that launched a $5 billion lawsuit - with a new introduction by the author, in which O'Brien reflects on the recent wave of TrumpMania. This entertaining look inside the world of Donald Trump is chock-full of rip-roaring anecdotes, jaw-dropping quotes, and rigorous research into the business deals, political antics, curious relationships, and complex background of the leading Republican presidential candidate.

Excellent synopsis!
Revisado: 11-21-16
I recommend this book for anyone hoping to gain the overview of The Donald's personality & the cursory behind the scenes facts surrounding his most widely known ventures.
This book was the original & spawned a 5B dollar (failed) lawsuit against the author by The Don. There are several books that delve deeper, but this one is perfect for someone unable to stomach more than a handful of hours devoted to the subject.
Hint; this book may inspire you to WANT to go deeper into the subject!

Should I Stay or Should I Go? is a survival manual, a guidebook, and a shot of reality. Some people will never change, and kissing frogs is the stuff of fairy tales, not real life. The Beast never turns out to be a nice guy (or gal). This is a book that breaks down what mean people do to us, how they do it, and what we can do to survive.

Couldn't stop listening!
Revisado: 05-07-16
Excellent book! Well written, and hands down the best narration of the books I've listened to on Audible, including some of my repeat listening favorites.
I had no knowledge around the subject of the book going in, but can see how this would be a good one even for those well versed in the many cases involving Durst.
A+ Audible experience.

If you downloaded this book, it is no doubt that you are dealing with a narcissist on a regular basis. He or she is probably driving you crazy. They gaslight you and try to make you believe that you're crazy. They blame and shame you for everything that goes wrong in their lives. They destroy and damage everything that others have because of their constant envy. They want to always be on top, and they don't care who they step on to get there.

We, the Jury is the dramatic story of the seven jurors who convicted Scott Peterson of murdering his wife, Laci, and their unborn son, Conner, despite a series of internal battles that brought the first major murder trial of the 21st century to the brink of a mistrial. The Peterson jurors argued and disagreed but eventually bonded to seal the fate of the icy killer who dumped his victims into the bullet-gray waters of San Francisco Bay.

Disjointed content, mispronounced names et narration didn't help
Revisado: 03-14-16
I really was disappointed with this books content. Often disjointed in subject matters discussed in a single chapter, the constant quoting of multiple sources for each topic further diluted any point of information that was loosely being referred to. Several organizational problems came into play when listening that caused me to have to rewind to get my bearing on what the intended point was. It could have been much better had the story and citations back to whichever contributor been thought out and presented in a more logically organized manner for an end reader.
The narration was good, except for the chronic mispronunciation of names, places and participants that are central repeaters to the case. Pronouncing Rocha correctly is Peterson case 101, yet about every three minutes we heard about the "Roka" this or that. Several others, but that's the best example. I did enjoy the listen more than I disliked it, but wasn't the easiest story to get into. And it really could have been great.
