The Closing scenes of Christ’s life are eloquently and vividly portrayed in accuracy, point by point in this book. It is the Best story ever told. Laura’s voice portrays the scene with feeling and sincerity. I listen to this over and over and draw closer to Christ every time as I contemplate the sacrifice Jesus made on my behalf. I would highly recommend Calvary as its accompaniment. May God bless you as your listen with your heart to the Greatest Story ever told and draw undeniably closer to our Lord Jesus.

Excellent choice of biblical characters and the narrator was just right with tone, and inflection.
Enjoyed the selection of verses.
Easy to listen to when suffering, not to fast or slow.
I enjoyed the combination of stories, verses, interspersed with relaxing music.
Well worth the price for peace.

This is one of the chapters from the book The Desire of Ages. Smithsonian said this was the best book ever written on the life of Christ. I cried seeing the veil pulled back on what our Savior went through for us. We are to contemplate the closing scenes of the life of Christ daily point by point and this CD is perfect for this. Doing so will increase your faith exponentially.
