Chock full of neckbeard humor, sex jokes, and violence, it makes for an OK listen. I am on book number 2 and it's more of the same. it just feels essentially like you're listening to a book written by a horny, maladjusted teenager. Narrator is fantastic though.
Overall, good enough if you have a spare credit

Fantastic book, I cannot wait for the next in the series if there is going to be one. Some scenes felt a little... rushed, I can only assume for some deus ex machina, but still an amazing listen. the narrator is quickly becoming a favorite

Really loving these standalones. love the wars edge universe, haven't gotten bored yet. narrator manages to keep you involved and interested. a few minor tropes but you can't have all action all the time. Can't wait for the next one!

great book, enjoyed listening, the reader had great range but sometimes felt as if he were lowering his volume when he was screaming the Ork parts. personal preference, I expected the orks to have a deeper voice too. still great though!
