If you are leading and organization and are committed to continuous improvement, then this is a great explanation or how one company has utilized continuous improvement as a culture and management methodology to achieve lasting great results. This also appears to be the basis for Goldratt’s “The Goal” so if you have read his stuff this is some great additional material that can take your practices to the next level.
