Boring and disappointing

This book was terrible. What was the point of the story? I kept rewinding to see if I missed something. But I didn't and really don't care. The other reviewers were right put Mace back in the slam and save us from a follow up book.

I can't begin to describe how terrible this book was. It was boring, plot less and plodding. I can give the reader an "A" for effort - he didn't have much to work with. What a waste of time and a credit. I am very disappointed I usually like anything by Preston.

If you read "The Firm" don't think this is just as good - it is not. The book was so slow and pointless I couldn't believe it was the same Author. I just kept hoping for it to get better. It didn't.

This book kept you riveted from beginning to end. I love the Reacher novels and the twist and turns of the plot. I liked the narrator Dick Hill. He really caught the essence of Reacher. Can't wait for the next one.

I enjoyed this book. Yes, the dialog was a little wooden sometimes but the plot was great and it kept my interest. I didn't think the reader was as good as some I have heard; but he also wasn't bad by a long shot.
