voice of narrator very soothing, fell asleep 3 times first night, twice the second , woke many chapters latter,,story is a bit slow, character development not bad. Overall book is sort of average, there are better books around

poor rangers, worst obstacle they had to face was a wordy script trying to be something else. the outline of the story has good potential, but it was buried by narrative trying to be something like marines or seals, borrowing phrases and jargon from other books. Im headed back to luckys marines,Skippy the ai beer can or any of larry correia s works that just seem to flow better

Steve doesn’t care who he was. He knows more than enough to realize it doesn’t matter at all. Now living in what had once been the Creeplands and maintaining a thriving farm there, they are under constant siege from the Creep itself. It's still better than life in Lamals. And that’s just how it is. After taking over the Citadel, removing Lynn from her place of power, stopping the Creep’s advance, and starting to take over part of the Creeplands, he was certainly making a difference for himself, humans, and men everywhere.

There is a story in there somewhere, but is got lost in all the interpersonal relationships of the characters. It is sad when a good series start to goes down hill and has to rely on sex to carry the story, maybe taking a longer break between books would have helped.

Would you try another book from Daniel Schinhofen and/or Peter Berkrot?
i enjoyed Peter Berkrot s performance, kept me going longer than the story line. The authors first book showed good potential for the series, good characters, a good history of mmorpg interaction and mechanics, and a potential for an epic story. Sadly it became a junior high girls romance story, repetitive promises, continual blushing, and boring interactions. Why the publisher didnt catch this I dont know

What would have made Difficulty: Legendary better?
To make this book better a story line to follow the introduction. As it is i feel like I have read this before some where else. The cost vs length of the book is another issue, as better books have given me four to five times the value at the same cost. I do like te performance of Guy Williams and look forward to his work in the future.
