Fantastic story

This is the first book I’ve read by Nina Laurin, and it definitely won’t be the last. The main character is not the typical heroine - rather, she’s very flawed with addiction problems and a tragic story. The story is not full of sunshine and rainbows, but it does end with a feeling of hope for the future of the characters. The suspense is intense, and as I listened to it in the car on the commute to and from work, it was hard for me to leave the car and continue with my day. Give this book a chance, it’s well worth every second!

Fantastic book

Before We Were Yours is a wonderful story with amazing characters. I loved the good characters, and really really hated the villains.
I’m very picky about the narration of my audiobooks, and these two narrators did a fantastic job.

Great for any time of year

I started listening to this book this morning when I got to work and was done by lunch time! It’s a great story, I loved the characters and the settings. It’s not just a Christmas story, although it does take place at Christmas time. There is humor, family, friendship, a dog (always a plus!) and, of course, love.
As far as the narration is concerned, I am super picky when it comes to audiobooks. Amanda Stribling is fantastic!
I can’t wait to read or listen to more by Angie Ellington!
