Historia
When Louise finds out her parents have died, she dreads going home. She doesn’t want to leave her daughter with her ex and fly to Charleston. She doesn’t want to deal with her family home, stuffed to the rafters with the remnants of her father’s academic career and her mother’s lifelong obsession with puppets and dolls. She doesn’t want to learn how to live without the two people who knew and loved her best in the world. Most of all, she doesn’t want to deal with her brother, Mark, who never left their hometown, gets fired from one job after another, and resents her success.

This Is A Complex Story About Family
Revisado: 11-30-24
I had no Idea what to expect with this book but I got much more than anticipated. Grady does an excellent job creating a sense of family and sprinkling in some horrific moments. The story seemed over a few times and somehow Grady pulled you back in with even more tension!

Best Out Of The Series!
Revisado: 11-22-24
The third outing in the cornfield by Adam Cesare is the best out of the three. I loved the new characters and direction of the story and Quinn Maybrook is setting up to be an all time favorite character!

Historia
After barely making it out of the Kettle Springs cornfields alive, Quinn’s first year away at college should be safe and easy. All she wants is to be normal again. But instead, Quinn finds that her past won’t leave her alone when she becomes the focus of online conspiracy theories that claim the Kettle Springs Massacre never happened. It’s a deranged but relentless fantasy, and there’s nothing Quinn can do to get people to hear the truth—not even on her own campus or in her own dorm room.

A Fleshed Out Story!
Revisado: 11-02-24
I liked the first Clown in a Cornfield book but I loved the second one even more! A very good slasher that has made Friendo a “cult” sensation!

Historia
Homicide detective Bryan Clauser is losing his mind. How else to explain the dreams he keeps having - dreams that mirror, with impossible accuracy, the gruesome serial murders taking place all over San Francisco? How else to explain the feelings these dreams provoke in him - not disgust, not horror, but excitement? As Bryan and his longtime partner, Lawrence 'Pookie' Chang, investigate the murders, they learn that things are even stranger than they at first seem.

Yes. Great mix of Sci-Fi and police investigative story. Fun Characters that feel real. Amazing narration done by Phil Gigante, just some solid work with a nice variety of voices.
What other book might you compare Nocturnal: A Novel to and why?
If you like Scott Sigler, this is a must. If you don't know who Scott Sigler is, find EarthCore on audio form.

All The Eyes. All The Teeth.
Any additional comments?
This is a fantastic audio book and very easy to listen to. Gigante did a fantastic job and is a great addition to the siglerverse.
