If you’re ready to stop reading books about how to change your life and actually DO the work to change your life, this book is for you. Lotus Flower Living starts with an overview of life patterns that show up in our lives and how they can sabotage what we say we really want. This is followed by 16 journaling prompts that will walk you through exploring the patterns that hold you back and clearing them so you can move forward. If you think “16 steps! That’s too many!”, it’s probably one of your patterns talking and it doesn’t want you to see it for what it is. The beauty about this audiobook, which is read in the author’s soothing and encouraging voice, is that you can make this process into a personal retreat for yourself. Once you purchase the book, you can download a free workbook with the journaling prompts. Then follow along as the author explains each prompt, and then you stop and write. If you can set aside a few hours to work through the process the first time in this way, it will be a mini-retreat and you will have cleared a pattern that’s holding you back. The potential in this book is amazing. You just have to do it.
