One of the biggest tale sways from this are the little things I never thought about. The taxes, the tenants etc. one thing a seminar doesn’t tell you that this book does is to have a good relationship with your tenants, and how far it can go

Some good info…but swearing every other word

I swear like a trucker, so I’m not afraid of language, but come on. Every other word in this book is f*%# s*@#. To the point it takes away from the actual good info. Swearing once in a while, ok cool. But this book overdid it. If it wasn’t included in premium, I’d be mad I spend a credit on it

I support Trump, but the name calling got old fast

As a Trump supporter, I wanted to hear the inside of how things happened. Parts of it were decent but the constant name calling and trash talking got old real fast. We get it, you don’t like the left. Degrading yourself by talking trash every time you can got really annoying.

This book should be a necessity for any parent or new parent. The info in the book is terrifying on how addictive social media is. It really has become the new tobacco companies of the modern generation.

Audio is horrible and wtf is with the swearing

I couldn’t finish this, I wanted to because she sounds like she has good info, but the constant f bombs and other swear words every 5th word is just obnoxious. Swearing once in a while to express a point, ok cool. But you don’t have to say f?$k b&$?h s@&t every single sentence. We get it, you are trying to be cool.

The audio is an entirely different problem. Was this recorded on speaker phone across the room? Because it sounds like it. At first I had to check my headphones, but no, this sounds a the actual quality. I felt like I was listening to somebody at a bar over loud music.

Doesn’t keep my interest

While the info in the book is good. The story and flow of it is very slow and boring.

I expected a lot more from this, but basically for 5 hours the book just tells you to think of what you want and you get it. Over and over...and over.

Amazing book!

I’ve listened to a lot of leadership and training books and I can say without a doubt this one is on the top of my list! I found myself finishing it and already wanting to listen to it again just to soak in as much as I could from all the lessons taught.

Not even close to what’s expected

I actually returned this for a credit. All this book does is go over case studies about spies and traffic stops. Doesn’t teach you anything about how to talk to strangers. Very misleading title

Great addition to extreme ownership

A lot of books reuse content, definitely not the case here. It’s written in the same style as extreme ownership, but new stories, new lessons. Highly recommended. Cant wait for more from these 2
